        Great little place for a work stay, excellent locations, rooms are very small but good value and enough for me. - Book a room with a window- you can put your small case on there - I would not recommend a stay for two people longer than a weekend- take one case. - I would have loved a kettle in the room- even a small travel one would be ideal- there is room in the small side cupboard. Overall I'll be using this hotel for my work trips once a month. The breakfast is great, yogurts, fruit, cereal and pastries. Only thing - the website states free gym at one of the local gyms the hotel manager said the previous employee arranged this so wasn't sure if still applicable- worth checking before booking if this is vital.

        It's my main hotel for work stay, great location near Liverpool Street Station. Rooms are on the small side but it's pretty normal for London, some of them are without windows but they do state this when you book, so make sure you read properly. That said, it has everything you need in a hotel room, comfortable bed, TV, good lighting systems and AC that actually works. I can't ask for more. Staff are very helpful. I accidentally left my trousers in my room so I emailed the hotel and they came back to me very quickly to confirm they had them, and I've arranged collection via Royal Mail so hopefully they'll be back with me tomorrow. I also enjoy the breakfast here. Great selections of pastries and cereal/granola, fruits, plenty of options for yoghurt too.

One major issue was their commitment to cleaning the room every fourth day, which turned out to be inconsistent. Cleaning occurred at their discretion, sometimes on the second or third day, catching me off guard. It's advisable to be prepared for this deviation from the promised schedule. The breakfast, albeit available, left much to be desired, considering its unreasonably high cost and limited choices. Additionally, a surprising extra charge of £3 for leaving a bag on the check-out day raised eyebrows, adding an unexpected cost to the overall stay. While Point A Liverpool Street is not a bad place overall, potential guests should be cautious and vigilant about possible extra charges that may be imposed during their stay.

        Good location for where we wanted to be. You check yourself in and out creating your own room key. Smallest room iv ever stayed in you have a shower room and toilet and then a double bed with just enough room to walk around that's it. Little plastic type trays that drop down as a kind of shelf. House keeping knocking on all doors early on the Sunday morning.

        부모님의 원수가 간다해도 말릴 호텔. When we arrived and tried to check in through the machine, there were one female and one male employees right in front of us -around 22:20 27/12-, but they never asked if we needed help or even said hi. It seemed like we were invisible to them because we heard them greeting other customers after us. It was pretty much the same every time we went out and in for three days, and I can't help thinking this as discrimination. Also the room condition was not so good and we expected more than that since we paid €160 per night. I am not complaining that room was too small or had no window because I know I should have paid more for that. But there was someone's hair on the bed and the water in the shower didn't drain well. We had already experienced how great there service was, so we didn't bother to tell them about it but just put up with it instead. Except this hotel, we loved everything else about London.
