        Wonderful guesthouse. The staff is excellent and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was good and had a lot of thing to choose from. The WiFi is hit or miss and will kick you off often. The site says free parking, but that means only if there aren't more than 2 cars. It's a bit hard to get to with as it's on a cramped one way street. But it's a short taxi ride to the waterfront and relatively inexpensive

        Although we had booked a room and already paid for it we were standing in front of closed doors. No one was there or opened at 8 pm although they say their latest check-in time is 9 pm. Yes, we booked the room the same evening spontaneously but if you aren’t able to welcome us then don’t accept our reservation and make us drive all the way to your place!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
