I was visiting Turkey from New York, and had the opportunity to to stay here a few nights, had issues with online booking reservations thought the experience was going to be a nightmare , on my birthday weekend to, the hotel managers did a amazing job with everything they are top notch first class they are a big reason this is a 5 star review only because the managers saved the experience with how professional they handled the situation… but back to the Hotel!! This hotel has one of the most gorgeous & breathtaking views on the planet, it sits next to the Zorlu Mall which is def a place you want on should be on your bucket list… walking distance from the hotel, and the trip alone is a trip on its own!! So amazing but def a great hotel to stay at, def worth the price for the area!! Great location and nice amenities in this hotel from the food to the entertainment!! I would Love stay here again on my next visit.

Went here for a company conference and stayed for about three days. The staff was very helpful and polite. They even upgraded our room for a late check out free of charge! Breakfast buffet meal selection was quite wide and the food was very decent. Out room was cleaned twice a day and it was all very subtle - we were not disturbed at all. The spa amenities are very nice - there is a nice indoor swimming pool and a large, well equipped gym. Saunas and steam baths, hamam massage rooms etc. If you are into pizza, there is a nice pizza place by the lobby. As a conclusion, I can say that this is a great place to stay in if you have business in Istanbul.

Beautiful hotel, room was very clean and modern. Staff were very accommodating, from the bell boys, reservation desk, reception but especially the restaurant manager Engin, he made a special effort to make me comfortable after my surgery and took great care, breakfast was amazing with so much choices. The 360 roof view of Istanbul is an absolute must Highly recommend 👌

Have nothing but great things to say about this place. They helped me with a vegan breakfast but more importantly I ran into a problem with a taxi driver. He became very aggressive with me and my mother. He magically increased the price by 200 lira and I was not going to get into an argument with him. Instead I contacted the hotel via text message and explained the problem I was having. I asked if they could meet me outside of the hotel in case the taxi man became too aggressive with me. When I arrived at the hotel they had 5 or 6 men standing outside waiting for me. This made my mother feel much more at ease. I quickly exited the taxi and let the men deal with the taxi man. Thankfully they did and the taxi man also became incredibly aggressive with the men. So I want to thank the hotel for looking after us and doing an amazing job of taking care of their customer. Thank you 🙏🏼

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
