Friendly staff. They responded quickly to requests. Great location. Decent sized room with good air con. Good value Laundry service but did have to dry clothes out more afterwards. The Spa is just a large office room at the back of reception but the massage was wonderful. Buffet breakfast not always available as went off season- but we ordered the night before on next night and it was ready on time when we came down. Had room service for dinner and it was very tasty so had room service each night! Not a huge menu but just right for us.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staffs were friendly as well. The location of the hotel is a plus. You can have a great view from the terrace area. The washrooms might need good ventilation management. The bedsheets were torn and they have a drawer full of unnecessary stuffs. The closet and drawers might need extra cleaning. The place become kind of smelly when we open those. I dont know if that was the case only in our room or other as well. But with the price they are charging at that location, the hotel is very good indeed.

The rooms were clean & big .The service were really good.The breakfast has many varieties & delicious too. The staffs were so friendly & helpful especially the front desk Manila she was always smiling & ready to help. All over everything was great & will recommend to my family & friends.

Worst place to stay in lakeside if you are with your friends.The lady in the front was hesitant to give room just because I was with my friends. Any ways 0 stars and hope they improve in hospitality and respect their Indian brothers

Great place to stay in Phokara. The rooms are big and very clean. There is hot water and WiFi works well. Very calm place close to everything in Phokara. The service was also good. I would totally recommend staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
