Room was outdated and small. Bathroom very small, can tell older hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Maybe if room was in newer section, it may be better. One elevator for three floors in older section. Large meeting room. Acceptable wifi.

The people work here were incredibly rude during the check in and they did not care about us at all, they let Vietnamese people check in who arrived much later than us while we waited. It is so frustrating and this is how you can have a horrible mood on a good day on holiday. The lunch was cold and only a small water was provided, you had to pay to have a beer for example. Wifi password is not mentioned anywhere but do not bother to ask because it’s unusable with this speed. On the good side, the room was okay, nothing fancy, but that’s what you expect from a 3 star hotel, but it makes no difference if the staff makes an impression like the one mentioned above. If you read this review, do yourself a favor and book a different hotel or Airbnb!

Quite a good price for a hotel that looks like it could have been a 4-5star hotel in the 90's. Everything is clean, rooms are spacious and staff very friendly and helpful! Nina's cafe with good local food is simply a walk over the street.

Located in prime location; however, they didnt utilize their advantages. Room isnt clean enough, staff didnt care for their customers and their attitude is really bad. I would say this is hostel in the price of 3 star hotel. Hopefully they would improve progressively to take fully advantages of their location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
