Absolutely a fantastic hotel, service, room, panorama to spectacular Benidorm and the beaches! Friendly staff very helpful and we've had a SUPERBE holiday with our 3 cats whom enjoyed also the panorama from the balcony! Can't wait to return! Need mention the divine breakfast buffet as well, and the fun decorations which made our stay absolutely amazing and fun time! Heart of Benidorm, easy access to playa and Old Town with the busy social life!!! Gracias, hasta pronto!! 💖🐈‍⬛🐈😻🌍🌅💥🥰💒

When we arrived the staff were lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was very disappointing, no much choice and didn’t taste nice, ended up eating out instead. We stayed there for 6 nights and on the 5th night we came back to find water coming from the light in our room, so informed reception who came straight up to check it then went into the bathroom and saw mould above the shower then proceeded to poke holes in the ceiling for water to come gushing out, then also stood there and lifted the ceiling up and said the ceiling can collapse. We were then told it was safe and nothing to worry about and nothing can be done till the morning. So we had to stay in a room with mould, water coming from the ceiling and light and didn’t feel safe in there at all! Wasn’t until I went down to reception the following morning to get a key for another room as they didn’t seem to rush to move us. Very disappointed and definitely won’t be returning. Only upside to all of this was the beach was right over the road and plenty of places near by to eat, drink and shop.

We travel a lot, and we have been to places that look less tan this place when it comes to quality, but you are always treated as a guest, and everything is explained well with detail. This was not the case, there were 4 girls behind the counter, upon us saying ola, none of the 4 acknowledged us and they just kept chit chatting. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, so we left our luggage in the lockers, we were told they would call when the room was ready. So we went to park our car in the garage they have reserved spaces, which we were just given a card with a written name of Parking en el mercado. No explanation of directions, etc. When typing that onto Google, it doesn't really come up. Also, upon returning to see if our room was ready, the staff felt like being on their phones was more important. The only good thing about this place is its location and the proximity to the beach. The beds were super uncomfortable. Definitely will not come back to this location when in the area.

Love this Hotel so quirky & great location in the old town right opposite the beach & harbour, shops, restaurants, pubs & tapas alley. I've stayed twice, love the rooms with a sea view, love the andy warhole inspired artwork on the walls, lovely selection of cold & hot buffet breakfast and fantastic reception staff.

Came here for 2 nights, this hotel is in great location right in the heart of the old town. My room was great I had a sea view and balcony, room clean and tidy with a nice size TV. Breakfast was much kop although it's a cheap hotel don't expect much. Recommended staying here for great location and convince

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
