        This hotel has incredible customer service; all of the employees have been super kind and helpful during my mom's and my stay. Specifically, Kahfi was so wonderful as he made a latte for us every morning. However, I will say that the amenities inside the rooms are quite limited: the wifi throughout the hotel drops constantly, the outlets are so weak that I needed to prop my suitcase to hold up my chargers so they wouldn't fall out, the flush for the toilet broke and was hardly working when we first checked in, and further, it was hard to communicate to the front desk while we were in our room because there is no phone inside the rooms. This was especially frustrating when the hotel was full and we had to wait in line for the elevators as well as the front desk for a long time.

        I visited this hotel at the end of August 2023. I stayed at this hotel for the second time. I like this hotel because on the third floor (as I remember) it is connected to the food court at Kelapa Gading Mall. The service at this hotel can be said to be in the "self-serve" category so that visitors must be able to serve themselves in all respects. If you want your room to always be clean, you must notify customer service first. If you need a glass for drinking or brushing your teeth, you have to ask customer service. If you want to drink, you have to take the glass out of the room and look for a drinking water dispenser. But in my personal opinion, this hotel is quite strategic in terms of location.

        The price is quite expensive and they dont serve amenities (coffee, tea, toothbrush, paste) so that you must buy them. They have many channels so that if you just want to chill in the room some movies you could watch (no netflix). The hotel connected to the mall so that you just walk few steps and will arrive at mall.

        Getting older, but in good repair. Ac is cold but is very bare bones. Bring an extra pillow, and soap. Very convenient access to food and mall, and good value though.

        Great service by staff members. Room were clean. Yes, the room is bit small, but the common rooms are comfortable. And there's lots to do so you would spend more of your time outside. Bed and pillow are very comfortable.
