I'm sorry to say... I thought it was gonna be fun to stay one night, but boy was I wrong. The aircon didn't work well so I had to bear the crazy hot weather of Jakarta. I turned up late after midnight, so I didn't want to waste my energy further to switch the room. The curtain was broken so it was hard to pull down. The atmosphere was bad I could feel like it was full of mould and dust. When I asked for the hotel sandals in the next morning, the staff said I had to pay because they were not included in the stay package. The breakfast buffet was so-so, not much of a variety. I checked out early in the morning and I won't book for another night ever at this hotel.

Goood location We use meeting rooms . The meeting rooms hava complete facility. Clean, good ac, mice athmosphere , unique design. The food are delicious especially their fried rice . Love it! But they late to served some menu and it takes a long time to wait. This hotel has Batik Boutique , have a coffe machine at lobby . Nice to be here but pls keep improve for the service of food serving

the price was affordable and near Kota Kasablanka Mall. Its just i got my room with broken shower. The television signal also not good and the Internet speed also not good. Maybe because my room is the last room in the fifth floor. I order the room with breakfast, but I only got one pax breakfast per room.

Overall, the room was clean also the bathroom. The receptionist and all the staff very warm welcome, unfortunately the breakfast not quite good, the rice for nasi goreng and noodle for the mie goreng quite hard too chew. Excellent hotel location.

The room is surprisingly quite spacious..decent facilities and breakfast for the price range. Got to remark the good coffee we had at breakfast, because usually budget hotels tend to have watery coffee. Good stay overall, limited parking is helped by the staffs willingness to manage and park the cars

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
