affordable airbnb. check in was seamless. tucked away in a quiet cul de sac. comes with a communal fridge and a vended washer. location was alright, near to street food and night markets (albeit, not the best) traffic was pretty jammed during peak. (actually, it’s very very jammed) room size was massive and it’s extremely clean. however, my room reeks of cigarettes and there wasn’t hot shower. wifi is very fast too.

Popcorn House was a great airbnb, Lovely room for 4 backpackers, had bunk beds and a secured locked room, it was abit far from the city but it’s in a peaceful part of Bangkok.

The place is amazing and it's indeed very cheap. Indeed a good place for a group of 4 friends who has a very tight budget. Will definitely come back if I will get to visit the city again.

Stayed for 1 week , Great location walking distance to bus, metro , mall and street markets. If you want a cheap food court go to BIG C 10min walk , of you want expensive food court nicer looking go to the 24hr food court across the main street next to the street market. These rooms have electronic looks with pin which is great. Can't hear too much when people are making noise at least while we were there and there was alot of people during our stay. Rooms are really spacious including the restroom and shower. Our room also came with a balcony with a great view.

Overall experience of 3 days stay was good. The room is clean and spacious enough and has a corridor. It's a bit odd that you have to walk long minutes to the bus and train stations. But if you prefer a quiet place and local vibe, it's a great choice. If you walk a few minutes, you can find many local food stalls.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
