Standard room, not particularly clean the bathroom mirror had stains all over it (clearly hadn't been cleaned) and the sink had toothpaste in it.. Was also rubbish (and a tub of salt??) left in the hallway. The kitchen was very untidy, had a few friends back and we had a few drinks but didn't leave much of a mess however I got charged a £50 cleaning bill at the end of my stay? The key was also very awkward to use and I had trouble opening the doors. Very unhappy I got charged £50 for a cleaning bill seeing as the room wasnt cleaned to an adequate standard and the kitchen was a mess before I had even arrived. I get the room was only £24 but even so. Only benefit was the cheap price and location.

Absolute disgrace. Rooms not ready to check in at 18.30! Told our keys would be put by for us but they only left us two instead of the four we'd paid for. both rooms were filthy with no sheets or linen! Ended up having to look for empty rooms around the hotel ourselves. Staff left a desperate handwritten note of apology at the front desk and were absent on checkout. Bristol is lovely though.

Decent location. If you can deal with a small, dirty student accommodation room which has not been cleaned from the previous visitor. Staff unable to definitively tell us if any of the rooms had been cleaned. Toilets were filthy, clearly the cleaner had clocked up for summer holiday. You could survive a couple of nights there if you are desperate, but definitely try and find anywhere different.

The Service I received at check-in was appalling. I left my motorcycle gear at reception before I could check-in as I was told it would be kept secure. When I arrived later, it had been left in the corridor. I just walked over and picked it up. As I, or anyone else could have done with all of the other bags left around it. When I returned at 6.30pm to check-in we were told that only one room was ready and that the keys for the remaining rooms would be left with the security guard. While we were waiting for check-in we chatted to the receptionist for the student accommodation. When we told her how much we had paid for each room, she just laughed out loud. When we came back late that evening, we asked for the remaining keys from the security guard. He gave us just one more key! The corridors were filled with rubbish bags. 1 room had no bed linen. The second room was filthy. Toe nails on the floor, matted hair left in the shower. When I spoke with reception in the morning, I was given an apology, but was told that they could not process my refund. In fact they even said I’d only been charged for one room! They went so far as to show me their system displaying a notice that I had paid £49. Which is nonsense. I have rated this as highly as one star for the saving grace; I contacted the CEO of the company responsable for managing the building. The CCO contacted me quickly and arranged for a full refund. If the service of the CEO, CCO and Operations Director could be replicated througout the organisation, they may be able to obtain a higher average rating than 1.6. However I'm not sure my advice to any prospective customers to stay with the CEO is fully achievable.

Soulless and unsanitary. The students of Bristol, you have my greatest sympathy. The sink was dirty with no soap, the towels had hair on, the bedsheets were inside out, shelves were dusty and the water smelled like sewage. When you see items that belonged to a previous visitor in the room, you know it had not been thoroughly checked or cleaned. Gross. Stay at a hostel instead.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
