The hotel was immaculate and top class staff. The service and the friendly behaviour was consistent throughout our whole stay. They even recommended certain things to do and shortcuts to places that we didn’t know. The rooms were extremely clean and our stay couldn’t have been better if we tried. Amazing location since it was very close to all the travel links so we could get around Istanbul very easily. It was a very safe area felt like we was in the nicest part of the Istanbul the whole time. I will definitely be going back.

Highlight of the hotel is definitely the view from the restaurant. I spent a few hours just sipping tea and enjoying the view. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is great, right across from all of the restaurants and bars and cafes in the Karakoy area. The room itself was pleasant enough, although I couldn't sleep initially because the air conditioning wasn't working well. The hotel staff sent up a maintenance person who cleared a *lot* of built up dust from the air conditioning vent and filter, and then it worked much better and I was able to fall asleep.

In my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered a significant issue with billing. Unfortunately, my boss was charged twice for his accommodations. Despite bringing this to the hotel's attention, the resolution process was less than satisfactory. The inconvenience caused by the double charge left a negative impression on his overall experience. I hope future guests can expect more reliable billing practices.

Our 15-day stay over the Christmas holidays was fantastic. The staff, including housekeeping, is extremely professional. The location is super convenient, right across the Galata port, and walking distance from the Tophane tram Station.

Good location and quality hotel for less than brand names and a quality operation. Clean and nice helpful staff . Stayed 3 nights at the end of Aug. Air conditioning worked well. Great view from the classy restaurant on top floor (that’s why I booked this place).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
