Awesome little place to stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious ,clean and tidy. Great value for money. This motel is in a great location, close to shops ,restaurants and bars but very quiet . Highly recommend

What a great place to stay, very retro and the attention to detail in the decorating is amazing. Bed was so comfortable and the room very very clean and accommodating. Location is great would highly recommend this motel and will definitely be coming back again.

What a cool place! From the moment we arrived, Bernie was so helpful and set us up for the evening stay, great recommendations on where to go, how to get there and tailored his recommendations to us, fantastic customer service. The room was lush, so well prepared and tidy and clean! More than enough space and facilities for us. The pool and barbeque area was fantastic too. In terms of location, just a five minute walk to the beach for a swim before checkout in the morning.... I'm just sorry we couldn't stay longer... Next time we're in Port Douglas, it will be our first choice!!!!

What a amazing place to stay, so central to everything and everywhere. Jenny and Bernie are lovely people and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this place, the rooms are really spacious and very clean, and the BBQ area by the pool is awesome. We will definately be back next year. 5 stars plus for me. Thanks again

This motel was a great accommodation for us. Everything was a walkable distance. The room was big enough for us 3 adults. The hot water pot and the refrigerator were helpful, as we the well-equipped common kitchen. The staff was very responsive. They arranged for our transportation to & from Cairns airport. The only problem was the weak WIFI.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
