        The worst hotel ever ! 👎🏼 No telephone services! I went from 4th floor to reception to request a clean kettle ! They send me back the same dirty one and said clean and ready to use ! If you need room service you have to use whatsapp chat and they will ignore you surely 👎🏼 Bad smell from toilet 🤢 Bad experience 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

        Don't stay in this hotel with your kids. This hotel will charge you for anything done by your kids, even for small pinhole leak in blanket, you will be charged for new blanket replacement!! The restaurant is excellent with good service but I believe the restaurant has different management with the hotel. Hotel staffs ara far from hospitality. Not recommended hotel to stay..

        Wonderful experience in this hotel specially if you are coming with family i’ll recommend this rooms were cleaned and they do regular cleaning every day breakfast was superb it was buffet i would love to be there again Staff was so polite and helpful manager was cooperative.

        Nice hotel for short stay i love the stuff they are very helpful and kind, the location isn’t near Nizami street but only 10-12 min by bolt. Thank you (Agha) and all stuff there for helping and for fast response.
