Only 1 night but we enjoyed it a lot. After several other hotels in thus price range we had far the best experience. Beds and pillows were awesome and comfortable, design was great. The staff amazing friendly and the location close to the trainstation is nice.

Great Location! Close enough to the Duomo but far enough to actually rest from the noise. Rooms are comfy (shower could be improved) and the breakfast is very good! Amazing cappuccino (unfortunately, only offered 1 of the 2 days there). If you have a light sleep, the noise from the old plumbs could be an issue.

This was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in Florence. Convenient location in the middle of the city and very close to the train station. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and has an authentic Florence feel to it. The room we were booked to our first night had an older bed that ended up collapsing, but the front desk rectified the situation very quickly and upgraded us to a better & bigger room for only €20. We definitely appreciated the quick and attentive service the staff provided. The breakfast included was amazing, too! Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

Lovely location, easy to walk to the centre of the city. Rooms were comfortable, but the shower was very small. There are no laundry facilities for guests to use. Breakfast was fulfilling with multiple choices for all dietary requirements. Cappuccino was delicious.

Lovely. Great value for money hotel, in a very quiet area, 2 minutes away from the train station and 5 minutes from the main square. Breakfast is also adorable and the lady that serves the coffee is very kind.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
