One of the best hotels we've stayed at. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast, and not too early. Located close to bus and tram stops, but far enough away not to be noisy. Lovely pool area and plenty of room for everyone.

Nice hotel in the center of Porto. Attention families with young kids or babies: if you want to walk to check out the city, you have to push the stroller uphill for a longer time. Rooms were nice, staff was friendly but I wouldn't describe it as the perfect fit for families though. Pool was deep, no possibilities to play for the kids and the aforementioned situation regarding the location make it more something for couples or if you're traveling alone.

We got bitten by the bed bugs here. The manager seems to not really understands the situation. They didn’t take proper action as they didn’t even know what the bed bug is! My wife has a strong alergic reaction, has to take strong meds and take 2 weeks off from work. Now she has scars from the bittings. We got refund for one night only and then we stopped getting responses from the hotel. So we ended up with a terrible experience and spend a lot more to cover things up. If this happened in my country, I would take legał action and sue the hotel. And on top of that - that was last days of our honeymoon trip.

We booked this and it surpassed expectations. The rooms were very well equipped and organised. Everything felt very considered and was styled nicely. There was even a mini kitchen with a hob which was perfect for us with two small children because we could make them tea, put them to bed and then have dinner later ourselves or go to the restaurant downstairs. Staff were very friendly and the pool and bar on the top floor was a great way to start each evening. Really recommend this place.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are lovely, staff are attentive and the rooftop pool is stunning. If you don't like walking up hill, I would say that this might be the only downside. It was fine for us but to get anywhere central, it's at least a 10/15 minute walk, either using steps or a longer journey uphill!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
