        Central apartment, but removed from the noise of the central streets of Lisbon. You are ready to spend a few days. Very good treatment from the host with recommendations about the city.

        I stayed for a few months in a Portas do Sol/Portas do Teatro Apartments property, but the stay ended up presenting several problems. Water heater stopping working for days (including in winter), leaks in the apartment, mold on the 3 mattresses and parties until 5 am in the company's other apartments. My wife and I ended up overlooking these events, but unfortunately we had another big problem at the end of the stay. We damaged a TV in the property, and reported it to the person responsible for management, Mr. Ricardo, so that we could compensate for the damage caused. Mr. Ricardo purchased a new TV, of a larger size and value than the very old TV in the apartment, and sent us the invoice for payment. It seemed like an attempt to take advantage of the compensation to upgrade the property, at the client's expense. We refused to make payment and proposed an amount consistent with the damage. After much discussion, Mr. Ricardo agreed with the compensation amount suggested by us, but added an extra charge of 30 euros for replacement material, which we did not agree with, due to an absolute lack of legal foresight or motivation, in what seemed another attempt to charge a higher value than fair. Furthermore, he issued the invoice in disagreement with what was negotiated, and also added VAT to the amount. In short, we ended up spending more than 8,000 euros on accommodation, but we had a service that was far below expectations, as well as irritation with undue charges. Mr. Ricardo still has the deposit paid by us, and unilaterally wishes to make the charges as he sees fit, which we do not agree with. We do not recommend staying in this company's properties.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
