There was A LOT of dust under the beds. Not even badly cleaned, it was not cleaned at all for weeks, maybe months. One of the bed's sheets had a blood stain on them. The plastic "sealed" individual cups in the bedroom were wet. Not humid or damp, they were fully soaked. The bare minimum I expect from a hosting place is higiene and I couldn't find it here. Then the cleaning lady in the morning knocked at our door and tried to open it 4 times before figuring out that there was a key on the inside, so there was people there. We woke up to this ofc. Not the best overall experience.

The rooms were far too hot, with no AC or fans in the building it was unbearable. Having not slept for 28 hours due to travelling, only being able to sleep for 2 hours due to the immense heat of the room I was not impressed. The bathroom was very cramped and feels like it was designed more for children. However, the staff were very nice, but that wasn't enough to make up for the overall experience. If you are traveling at any time when the weather will be above 20*C, make sure your hotel has air conditioning. OR AT LEAST A FAN!

Super Guest House! The breakfast was very good, the room was every day cleaned, ordered and equipped with everything that was needed. The stuff is very-veery polite and helpful. You will get explanations for whatever you need and want to know. It has a beautiful small garden where you can have a glass of Port-Wine and enjoy either the Sun either the stars. However you will enjoy it. :) The atmosphere in general is really nice. Definitely recommended! :)

Very friendly staff who tried very hard to accommodate our needs when we wanted a room earlier than check in. Unfortunately there was no AC or fans for the rooms, so the rooms were boiling. The room and bathroom were small but clean. Good location, only 10 minutes from many of Porto's main attractions

Very helpful staff. Great continental breakfast. Plenty of coffee. Clean and tidy with a choice of different room sizes. 15 minute stroll downhill to the centre

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
