Very well designed hotel like flat. Great details. Host was very responsive and helpful. Parking was easy and close. Loved the self check in and easy to use. Split is the best city in Croatia and this apartment is right where you want to be. Such a great wanderful city

The place has a comfortable design boutique hotel feel, and really is perfect for having a relaxing and quiet time. It is close to amazing restaurants and the sea front, which is super convenient. I had a great night of sleep and felt super refreshed after my stay!

Super easy self check in/out. Easy to communicate with host (fast response). The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom had all the necessary items and the bed was super comfy. I was just staying for one night on my way to the airport, but the location is great and I left feeling I wish I could have stayed longer.

I loved everything! The location is perfect - central but quiet with many options for dining and shopping. The facilities are new, clean and modern with the localy designed interior elements. Bed was so comfy as at home. I felt really welcomed from the first step inside. Milovan was the best host and answered all my queries, check in and out was also super easy. Recommend it!

The best place to stay in Split. A perfect intersection between hotel service and airbnb independence. Great location, close to restaurants, the old city and the port. The host recommendation about restaurants were amazing!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
