This is a really nice hotel however it was a bit out of the way from the main tourist area of Porto. It was only 5 euros for a taxi (we used bolt) but we would have liked to have been more central. Our room was really nice and the cleaning service was excellent - everyday the room was cleaned. It was also lovely having nice toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. The rooftop bar was really nice but wasn't open in the morning so the only smoking area was outside of reception and there was no where to sit down. We don't have breakfast but I like coffee in the morning, I did not like the coffee here and the 5.50 euro price tag was just not worth it so I ordered Starbucks a couple of times in the morning via Uber (worked out the same price for 2 coffees). There is a really nice supermarket next to the hotel that does nice pastries. We also found the prices in the rooftop bar very overpriced in comparison to the rest of Porto ( a g&t would work out at 25 euro!). I would go back to the hotel of staying on Porto for business but not for a holiday

Very very disappointed! I Will never come Back again to this hotel. We Made a reservation thinking on the pool, jacuzzi, etc etc , where we can relax and enjoy the time We didnt pay +200€ just for one sleep night and a breakfast. The absence of any preemptive communication regarding the pool closure left a sour taste in our mouths, especially as we had specifically chosen these dates with the anticipation of enjoying the pool facilities. Discovering this limitation upon arrival was disheartening and diminished the overall quality of our stay. This lack of transparency raises questions about the hotel's commitment to providing accurate and timely information to guests. Clear communication about such closures is essential for managing expectations and ensuring that guests can make informed decisions when planning their stay.

Great stay! Service was great, staff were friendly, and rooms were large and comfortable. Quiet, mattress was comfortable. Cleaning was also done well. A bit far from the city center, but still easy to get to.

1. Keep me waiting for approximately 40 minutes when I check in. 2. Breakfast was not worth paying for, as it did not change a single dish over the dish of a four-day period. 3. An individual who is not listed as my emergency contact was given my full name and room number by the doorman. 4. At night, I heard sounds in my room that adversely affect my sleep. (Video attached)

We felt like royalty during our stay there. Great customer service overall. Carlos, one of the gentlemen at the reception, was incredibly helpful in recommending us places to go and booking tickets for us. Ivan, the concierge parked and retrieved our car every single day for 7 days straight. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the city with great cocktails as well. Rooms are luxurious, but probably dated, although very clean and neat. Gym and pool were free. Breakfast was incredible, with so many different options. It is located about 15 mins from the airport, so very handy if you are in town for business as well. My only suggestion to the owners is to replace the carpets in the room, as they are white and had a few stains here and there. Overall this is the type of hotel that I would definitely visit again the next time I am in Porto.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
