i took a girls trip with 4 of my friends back in January and this hotel provided such excellent service , the staff was friendly and accommodating. Even gave us great restaurant recommendations. Helped us with our luggage to our rooms and sent someone immediately when we couldn't figure out how to work the washer. it was also a great location we felt safe and we were right in the center of town and got to explore so much throughout the day and night. Our Condo had so much space for all of us and it was clean and beautiful. i defiantly recommend staying here.

First time here and we had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The pool was warm but the hot tubs weren't hot hot but being the weather was beautiful I didn't mind.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
