Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Porto! The perfect way to end our stay in Portugal! The staff including their night time security were incredibly helpful, professional and kind. We felt like family and became familiar with the staff during our stay. They offer airport transportation with a driver which was helpful but you can also take taxi on your own. The hotel is perfectly situated and within walking distance for most everything including the metro if needed. The room was clean and had great special touches including a welcome Champagne that made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious every morning with a lot of variety and they even packed a to go box for our last day as we had to leave early to the airport that day. My husbands luggage was lost and the hotel called us when it arrived and were great to communicate with prior to our stay as well. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

I recently stayed at the Porto River Infante hotel in Porto, Portugal, and I have some mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the room was quite impressive with its minimalist and modern design, which added a touch of elegance to our stay. However, there was a significant downside to our stay - the room's unfortunate location right above the breakfast area and reception. Breakfast started promptly at 8 am every morning, and the lack of noise cancellation made it impossible for us to sleep peacefully. It was rather frustrating to find ourselves in a room that was essentially situated right on top of the bustling morning activity. This was the only room on top of the reception all the rooms were across hallway with a door. What disappointed me the most was the lack of prior communication regarding this issue. It would have been greatly appreciated if the hotel had informed us about the potential disturbance during our stay. After all, when you're traveling, a good night's sleep is essential, and being constantly woken up early in the morning by noise from downstairs was far from ideal. In conclusion, while the Porto River Infante hotel offers a stylish and modern room, the lack of consideration for room placement in relation to the breakfast area and reception left a negative impression on my stay.

OMG this place was amazing 👍❤️~ it was close to many tourist attractions. The room was very clean and cozy~ had balcony which we enjoyed day and night. The breakfast was really good specially omelette and fruits 😃🥰The staff who works here were very friendly and kind . totally enjoyed being at this place!!!

The most wonderful hotel experience!!! The staff was so kind and helpful and the room was amazing! We had the the 4th floor apartment and the view and room was amazing. It's also in best location in Porto, near the water with access to walk all over the city. We wished we had more time to stay at the Porto River Infante. Thank you for giving us the best start to our Portugal trip.

Some of the service guys were very snotty. The room was very small and there was no view at all. The store next door could see right into our room. The amenities were amazing. The breakfast was great... one of the best.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
