Great hotel and fantastic customer service. The rooms were clean, spacious and nicely laid out. The really liked the small kitchen area with kettle and sink. Bathroom was so luxurious as well. All the staff were very friendly. This hotel was booked last minute due to cancelled flight back into UK due to air traffic problems on Bank Holiday weekend in August. The location is about a 20 minute walk to the rail station.

Great hotel, comfortable room, excellent location and wonderful staff. There was a nice outside area on the 8th floor with an honesty bar and we used this most evenings. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Not keen on the coffee but that’s my personal taste and others seemed to be drinking it. Highly recommend this hotel.

Brilliant location, right next to the avenue with all designer shops, many nice restaurants nearby including a Macdonald's and burger king if you so desire. Room was very nice, suite with a balcony, the balcony is basically doors that open, you cannot step onto the balcony as it is too narrow. Bathroom and shower very nice, the breakfast is very nice, everything you need at breakfast, not a huge area but good enough for the size of the hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, I didnt use the gym, sauna or pool so cannot comment. Metro within walking distance, a choice of two stations, Marquis de Pombal 1 minute walk, and restarados 5 minute walk. No negatives about this hotel.

+ very nearby center ++ very friendly hotel personnel ++ room + breakfast The hotel is very nearby the center, the brand shops (LV, Gucci, MaxMara etc) are around the corner en about 15 minutes of walk to the center. The people at the hotel are very friendly, the hospitality is very good. The room (we had a family room) was good and spacious. At arrival a gentleman went with us to the room and explained patiently everything and there was a bottle of mineral water (free of charge). The airconditioning was too good, we had to turn it off because it was too cold :) (outside was round 32 degrees). Breakfast was good (from 9:00 till 10:30 am). The swimming pool was a bit on the downside, it was small and outside. During the day (31 degrees) it is to warm in the swimming pool because the sun was shining very bright.More

Very nice hotel walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Very accommodating. Arrived early and the provided a very economical option to check in early. Tours from hotel were outstanding. A shared tour with only 3 people to Sintra. Breakfast included was outstanding. Really enjoyed our stay.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
