Possibly the finest hotel in Florence! I stayed here once before with my partner in one of the river view suites. The room was incredible, the service impeccable, and the location perfect. I have never felt better taken care of that I did here! We had an amazing experience with their afternoon tea, as well. I came back for breakfast another time when staying in Florence with my father (we got an AirBnB so we could cook, etc.). I remembered how good the breakfast was and wanted to treat my dad. The food was even better than I remembered, and the service was just as lovely and kind. One of the gentlemen at reception even offered to post our letters for us, which was so sweet! It’s rare to find truly exceptional service even in luxury locations, but this place will make you feel like royalty. Cannot recommend enough! 💛

Our favourite hotel in Florence! The suite was amazing - very spacious with amazing views. Only slight downside was the bathroom lacked a standalone/walk-in shower. Cleaning staff were impeccable on a daily basis - one of the most well-cleaned rooms we have ever seen. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were all simply wonderful. Overall, would highly recommend over any of the other luxury hotels in Florence.

Just a perfect experience in all aspects. Hotel staff members are able to provide individual attention to guests, housekeeping is excellent, rooms are very welcoming and the location of Portrait Firenze Lungarno is unbeatable. Planning our next visit already.

We had the most incredible experience at Portrait Firenze. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by staff and served our favorite cocktails. We received a complimentary upgrade to our room with an incredible view. The room we stayed in (103) was easily accessible, full of light and had direct views of the Ponte Vecchio and River Arno. Spacious and well decorated, we felt right at home. We even had guests over for a drink with room to spare. The bathrooms were well equipped with everything you could need, including hot tools for hair! We were so impressed with the quality of the space and the service. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful hotel. Our favorite out of our 3 week stay in multiple cities. The Portrait has easily become one of our most loved hotels we have ever stayed. Graziemille!

Absolutely Amazing. What makes this hotel unique isn’t just the fact that the rooms are gorgeous it’s the staff. They are so warm, so friendly and so accommodating it made our first stay in Firenze with our 5 kids unforgettable. The service is more than 5 stars. Will be be staying here again and again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
