We stayed at Portrait Milano for a couple of days around New Years Eve. Our room had a view of the garden. It was super nice and quiet and the service was amazing. We will definitely stay there again!

I’ve left a piece of me at this place. I really enjoyed staying at the hotel so much! Their attention to the smallest details made the place feels magical. Rooms are very well designed with very small details you would never imagine! I stayed at many other 5 stars hotel in Milan, Portrait was so special that no other place would feel the same! They really raised the 5 stars hotels standards with all the details they took care of!! The hotel is so cozy, it feels like home. The staff are very polite, attentive, and ready to help. I can’t express how satisfied I’m with my stay at Portrait!

Service: terrible - we asked for a recommendation for pasta, we were told the Pasta in Bianco were “amazing”. They were average at best (not to mention the size). When we expressed our disappointment, the staff preferred to defend the dish rather than accept a customer’s feeling - odd for a place like this one. Food: Regarding the beef cheeks, be ready to go somewhere else after if you want to be replete (the cabbage indicated in the menu will consist of 1 single leaf). Architecture: probably one of the nicest places in Milano. All in all, with all the food choices in this city, this place is to avoid. Worst value for money and will not come back.

Overall a stylish well designed hotel that has recently opened but still has some teething issues. At close to €1500 per night without breakfast the fee is somewhat gratuitous given that there is also no gym or spa open yet. Positives: - Friendly staff - Stylish hotel bar with great cocktails - Good food (but cold coffee served by room service in the morning) - Comfortable beds with nice bathrooms Negatives: - No welcome drink or water offered at check in - Issues reported to the staff not resolved such as an alarm system that went off from early evening and throughout the night (including waking us at 0430) and we were not offered an alternative room or any assistance with this issue when reported; - Items not being delivered on room service despite asking on three separate occasions - Bathroom amenities: majority of the rooms do not have bathtubs (apparently only 3 in the entire hotel on enquiry), the hairdryer is outdated and poor (I would expect a top of the range from a fashion hotel)

Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Amazing to stay in this very old building which has been beautifully renovated (think huge double glazed panels) without compromising authenticity to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
