        Balcony was great, with pretty lights! Room was very clean and modern. Service was fantastic with every member of staff being friendly and helpful! Only draw back is the toilet and shower being in the room with only a glass door to separate - fine for me but maybe too intimate for some!

        Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Uncomfortable rooms, shower and handwashing basin are ridiculous. Water spills on both. I don’t recommend. The Posada the Leon de Oro next door is a better option. I stayed there 3 night and I enjoyed my time. Plenty of Spanish style restaurants around. That was a plus.

        An excellent Hotel Very ideally Located near the main tourist attractions. The view from the hotel room balcony is breathtaking. The street below is full of Cafes and Pubs bustling with tourists and Locals in the evenings till late nights, with weekends being extra busy. The hotel staff was especially helpful in guiding and helping us with all our needs. Very Courteous, prompt and helpful Staff. Will recommend all friends and Family to stay here. Loved aour Stay here. A Special Thanks to all hotel staff for helping us n making our Stay comfortable and Memorable. Well done keep it up 👍

        Balcony was great, with pretty lights! Room was very clean and modern. Service was fantastic with every member of staff being friendly and helpful! Only draw back is the toilet and shower being in the room with only a glass door to separate - fine for me but maybe too intimate for some!

        This hotel has left me with nothing but TERRIBLE memories. The staffs were warm but as for the facilities, it was a total disaster. 1. The ac could function but it worked poorly. My boyfriend and I had to wear knitwears to sleep although we had already set the ac's temperature to 28℃ because it was freezingly cold. 2. Not enough hot water. I was in shower for only 10 minutes before it suddenly went out of hot water. I tried to call the reception and was told that I had to wait for 30-60 minutes for the hot water to be regenerated( Actually it cost me more than 90 minutes…). How ridiculous is that? I was in the middle of a shower in a cold, winter night and I had to stand naked with poor ac to wait for the hot water. The reception told me this old building was the reason for the lack of hot water but I was wondering isn't it the hotel's responsibility to give regular maintenance to basic living facilities?! I paid more than £400 for this and to be honest, this is the most upsetting experience I have ever had!

        I think this little podada (old house) is not a 4 stars hotel at all. Even the lady told me the room they had was small, and did not have windows etc, that was little. I got a box with no ventilation, no space, no light that the owner should not rent to anybody. Employees are nice, is not their fault. The Dragon location is convenient.
