Really good place to spend a few days in Madrid. The rooms are very clean, with their own heating/cooling system, and comfortable and big beds. I missed a coffee machine, but it is possible to order at the bar from 08.00. Staff members are really nice and helpful. It has a restaurant on the ground floor so it can be a bit noisy until 23.00, but not after that time. It is located in a street full of restaurants, in a very vivid areas of Madrid.

Had an early lunch, cocido available daily and comes with a bottle of rioja (assuming you're ordering for 2+ people). The glass floor under you is cool, nice ambiance for a dinner. Almost everyone there was Spanish, tourists seemed to peer in and pass by.

The room itself was nicely kept, and in a good location. The AC was fixed and set by the hotel to low at 75F/24C every night. That temperature made sleeping at night challenging when the room couldn’t fully cool down after consecutive 90F/32C days. The hotel wasn’t able to accommodate a change the AC setting.

Top location, on the best street for tapas and so easy to reach everywhere. We booked a room for two nights, extremely clean, large, beautiful decoration. True there is a restaurant downstairs but it really quieted down after 11pm. And who wants to sleep at that hour in Madrid at the weekend? No noise at all from the street, excellent double windows. Most silent air conditioning system I've seen in a hotel. Absolutely lovely staff at the reception, gave us great tips about the area and how to make the most out of our stay.

We only had wine and lunch there and we didn't stay. The service, atmosphere, food and wines were absolutely fantastic. Price was good too. I highly recommend the huevos rotos and parrillada de verduras con queso de cabra. Since Sunday, one of my favourite places in Cava baja

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
