Rowena and her colleague are going great lengths to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They really understand how to be with guests. The interior of the hotel is wonderful, as is the location. Rooms are beautifull, cozy and warm. Great views from the restaurant's balcony. We had a great stay and would recommend Poēsis. Inside it can be a bit loud, but I think it is because of the characteristics of the building.

The location of the hotel is very nice. The staff are incredibly polite and help with every issue. The rooms are modern and clean. Only the drain pipes make a lot of noise and you can hear that the room above you is in the shower. However, this can be seen as a general problem due to the presence of old buildings in Rome. It has an incredible terrace. You will love it. It is a hotel I would like to stay again.

I tried to book this hotel with 2 kids but I couldn't select my kids' age so I gave a call for that and told them their age. Even after calling, The hotel double checked my kids age and paid the quoted price. Right after arriving hotel, they said they made mistake on quote price and asked me pay 420 euro for the kids. With the price, I could have choosen another hotel and the hotel never sent me any email or messages me. After reviewing the google reviews, I figured that this hotel had the several same price issues. I've never experienced sending customer rude & blackmailing email. This hotel is trying to rip customer off. Please don't book this hotel.

We stayed here sept 4-7, 2023 for our honeymoon from canada. The room was alright but balcony in the room must be one of the worst i have seen. The location is very convenient as its close to shopping, the trevi fountain, and spanish steps but is not good if you want a good nights sleep or any peace and quiet as the resteraunt outdoors is busy and very loud every morning/night and the hotel has poor noise reduction methods/poor insulation. Also we asked the hotel for no housekeeping during our stay and they gave me a "thumbs up" response on whatsapp but still chose to not listen to our request. The breakfast was good. Overall, its not a 5 star experience- you could stay somewhere else and save your money. If you do choose to stay here try not stay on the first floor.

The place is much more beautiful than the photos! There are a lot of beautiful details & antique pieces. If you are a designer or an architect you should book here you will enjoy it. The staff are very welcoming special thanks to Mirela 👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
