I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice, each time for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel's architecture stands out with its unique blend of antique and industrial styles. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar and cafe. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast served was delightful, providing a variety of options to suit different tastes. The hotel's location is also worth mentioning, as it is conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the surroundings. However, there were a couple of drawbacks that I encountered during my stays. One major issue was the noise from the road in front of the hotel, which could be quite disruptive at night and affected my sleep quality. Despite this inconvenience, I found myself appreciating the overall experience due to the unique ambiance and the positive aspects of the hotel.

The rooms at this hotel were small, and it made my stay less comfortable than I had hoped. Additionally, the late check-in process left me feeling tired and frustrated after a long journey. On the bright side, the service I received during my stay was satisfactory, and the hotel’s location was convenient for my needs. While I may not have had the best room experience, the hotel’s service and location helped to balance things out to some extent. The rooftop bar was a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made enjoyable.

I booked a new year room package. Arrived there to find the check-in queue was quite crowded and the process was pretty long. I got a room close to the elevator, it was horrible because a lot of guest would wait for the elevator while laughing/yelling at 3 AM 😑 then i went for the NYE dinner. The manager took us to a reserved seat, with my name on the table. After sitting for awhile, we decided to take some buffet food. They ran out of food and we had to wait for ±15 mins standing and had some "food war" with the other guests. The live chef didnt even grill the beef perfectly, it was raw and not chew-able 😭 not to mention, the taste of the food was horrible. When we got our food, we went back to our seat and now there are ANOTHER GUESTS sitting on it. And we saw my name tag was changed. We had no choice but to struggle with our foods in our hands, reaching for nearby waitress/waiter (which wasnt easy because there r so few of them) and they said they changed it 5 mins ago, they didnt give us any explanation, just repeating "sorry". I was really furious and disappointed, but i thought because they were holding 3 banquets at the same time and they cant handle them well. In the morning i had my breakfast as well, with a new and better expectation. Surprisingly, the menu of breakfast is the same as the dinner menu (aglio olio, mushroom sauce n chicken, sauted vegetables). When we arrived at the restaurant, the greeter wasnt at his place to welcome us, instead, he was talking with his friend. We inisiated to call him and informed our room number. Also, the waiters and greeter didnt regularly check on the restaurant, so whenever something is running out, we need to look for them and ask them to refill😀 We ordered for omelette in the live cooking stall, and the cook said after its done, it would be sent to our table. We waited for 15 mins, they sent the eggs to everyone but us. When we asked again to the same cook, she said "who did you order the omelette to?" 🤦🏻‍♀️ It was a horrible experience after all. I hope Posto Dormire's GM sees this and make some improvement with the team.

I was here for a happy birthday event, it is awesome venue at their rooftop, beautiful sight, cozy sitting, very thematic, their toilet is one of the kind. Must visit. Food also good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
