Staff are helpful and understanding if u are nervous the dentist I seen was very kind and asked if I was OK he was lovely I'd definitely recommend this practice

I have been attending this dentist practice for over 15 years. Recently I attended for cosmetic work on my teeth, they had become so bad I had stopped smiling and was covering my mouth when I had to speak to someone or present in meetings, it was seriously affecting my confidence. Dr Raj has been absolutely amazing through this journey, the transformation has exceeded my expectations. Both Dr Raj and his Dental Nurse (apologies I don't know your name) were so good with me as I am a very very nervous dental patient, they put me at ease and I can honestly say I did not experience any discomfort or pain throughout the whole treatment. Absolute excellent service and I would highly recommend. Thank you so much Dr Raj and Nurse.

Been visiting this dentist since before Dr Deol took it over. Was under Dr Deol who was patient and understanding with my fear of dentists was then randomly booked with another dentist who was ok. The next appointment again with another random dentist today was awful. Checked my teeth fine had X-rays then while waiting they tried to sell me anti wrinkle injections which I do not need, when I said not interested I suddenly needed 3 fillings, they then tried to sell me the white fillings at £200 (noted on previous reviews someone else was quoted £150 and there sister £100 so no consistency with charges) I declined and said I’d have them done with the normal NHS price. I can barely afford that with the current cost of living crisis so to have a dentist try and fleece you out of money is shocking. I’m now going to have to find a new dentist as I refuse to go here again.

All the staff at Coventry Road Dental Care are always polite, always doing things at the patients pace and never ever rushing an appointment. Always have time to listen and make sure I never feel pressured into something I don't want to do. I've been coming for a few years now and I can honestly say that they're the best dentist I have ever been to. The previous dentist wasn't't as polite and respectful as these members of staff. I can honestly say hands down I have never had a bad experience here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
