What a place! The staff was amazing, rooms were very clean and nice, and breakfast was great. We received some nice surprises from the staff when we arrived. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. Just beware, as most things in Lisbon, this hotel is up a hill. Don't let that stop you from staying here!

A wonderful time at a lovely hotel. Everything about our stay was excellent. Our room on the third floor was very comfortable and included a balcony with chair and table overlooking a beautiful garden area. Our check-in was smooth, easy, and very welcoming. We appreciated the special touches and welcoming gifts (Portugal tile, Ginjinha, stocked complimentary fridge, Pastéis de Nata). The morning breakfast was delicious with excellent choices and top notch service. The common areas are beautifully appointed and comfortable. The hotel’s location provided excellent access to Alfama, other sites of interest, and transportation options. The friendly, kind, and helpful staff rounded out and excellent stay.

Excellent hotel! Very clean and comfortable, well appointed rooms. Generous inclusions and gifts in the room on arrival. Great service by the front desk and housekeeping staff. Very nice breakfasts provided and drinks available in the front courtyard. Front desk staff provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us and the standard check-out time 12pm makes the departure very comfortable and leisurely. Absolutely will stay here again next time I’m in Lisbon!

I booked this through Tripmasters and also saw the Google ratings. I asked for a room with a view of the river and what I got amazed me. I had a top floor corner room overlooking the port and everything going on below me. I had a great room and would definitely stay here again when I return to Lisbon.

I was absolutely blown away by how wonderful the whole stay was. The room was beautiful, the staff was so friendly, and the breakfast spread was to die for. Highly recommended, and will look for other hotels by this company going forward in my travels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
