Lovvvvved our stay here. Room was beautiful & elegant & so very quiet despite being in a busy area. Great rainfall shower. Breakfast buffet was delicious & in a gorgeous covered courtyard. Staff were all very kind. We arrived a bit early & tired from a long flight & they accommodated an early check in for us. 10/10 recommend this lovely small, boutique hotel.

The front office hospitality is exceptional, contributing to the overall feeling of luxury. This five-star hotel comes highly recommended, not only for its impeccable service but also for its unbeatable location, within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. One of the finest hotels we have ever stayed. The staff especially Tuna was incredibly helpful. The amenities and location fantastic. The breakfast choices of eggs, cheeses, pastries and fruit plus fresh honey from a hive much more than we expected. You won’t find a better hotel in Lisbon.

was requesting a full refund for the first night I stayed at the hotel. The room that I got was not as advertised for my booking, but also so noisy I couldn’t sleep at all while I was so tired after my traveling there from US. I wasn’t provided such an essential information that the a/c doesn’t work with an open window! It caused me a night of discomfort. I kept playing with the a/c switch and had to keep the window open because the room was too hot! And the noise from outside was so frustrating! I was confused, tired and in such a discomfort! It’s is supposed to be a five star hotel and I expect a 5 star excellence. Not delivered at all. I wrote several emails asking for a refund for that awful night and I got the final response that it will not be granted. I give them zero stars.

Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Wonderful location, super accommodating staff (including early check in, tips for cafes / restaurants, help with reservations), delicious breakfast, great amenities. A steal for its price!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
