Hidden gem! Very close to the metro and city center! Clean rooms with air conditioning and a view on the lovely garden where we also can rest. Bathroom is modern and very well equipped. Just shampoo is missing... Super quiet and friendly staff!

Great value hostel! The rooms are simple and clean, exactly like the pics, and it's in a very calm neighbourhood. There's a small garden which is absolutely lovely and relaxing and even has a hammock for lying under the trees. All the staff is very welcoming and friendly. It's not in the very city centre, but you can walk there in 10-15 min. Great!

Pretty nice hotel. Not a 5 star hotel but for the price it’s very acceptable. In our room we had a shower and a sink which wasn’t separated by a wall. Hopefully we were a couple so it wasn’t so bad. We stay at the 3rd/last floor. It do not have an elevator. And hopefully we had just a little luggage. It do not have a breakfast but different coffee types and tea. A microwave and a toaster are available. And there’s also a fridge if you want to store some food or water. Also it has a very amazing garden at the second floor, we’re we had our breakfast every morning. Lidl is close to the hotel so we bought our breakfast and lunches there. And the public transport is just 50 meters down. Also the tram 28 has a stop there. It’s close to the city center. And the staff is super friendly. Very helpful and try to give you the best stay possible there!! Couldn’t think about a better place to stay for this price!!

Nice location for good value, all other hotels in the area seem to be a lot pricier, but nonetheless the rooms were sufficiently clean and we didn't have any complaints.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
