        I don’t get the complaints. The hotel is amazing, the rooms are new and clean, which is rare in Thailand, especially on islands. The pool area is nice, the only thing- it’s just not enough sun beds for everyone. I didn’t like that you need to pay for taking an upgraded sun bed, should be free for the guests. Breakfast was great and the location is beautiful. It’s located close to the beach parties but wouldn’t bother me much with the noise and I’m very sensitive to noise generally. We had two different rooms and I felt comfortable in both of them. They checked us in before 14.00 which was amazing. Overall I totally recommend this hotel when staying in phi pho don

        I have been staying at this hotel for 2 years in a row and I always intend to stay there. excellent service, polite staff and always willing to help. the breakfast is incredible with many food options. the hotel area is always clean and well organized. The hotel's security is wonderful, I always leave everything in the room without having to put anything in the safe and nothing has ever gone missing. The hotel is super close to Porto and has uniformed porters to pick up and take your bags. the atmosphere at the pool is very good with tasty drinks. the rooms are clean and comfortable.

        Terrible, such a shame it takes up such a huge part of phi phi because location is great. If you want to lie at your own hotel pool you have to pay a minimum spend. I tried to speak with the manager of the hotel and apparently he was on vacation. The pool manager came and didn’t offer any proper explanation other than the beds belong to the restaurant, even the the restaurant is on the hotel grounds. We lay on the beach which beautiful out of principal.. we didn’t want to give them one extra cent. The rooms could be nice but the toilets smell, they haven’t bothered to maintain them, you can see the limes scale build up everywhere and there is also mold in different areas of the room like the corner ceilings and on the lamp shades. Food and service is restaurant below average

        PP Princess definitely wins on location - it is just a few minutes from the piers and is steps away from all the main shops and restaurants. The rooms were fine and I would say the pool was the best part of hotel; I would warn that the breakfast was pretty terrible (except for the pancakes!!), so I would suggest finding one of the many great restaurants just outside the property or just sticking to the breads & cereals and enjoying the beautiful views. They had some drink specials at the pool but didn't like that we were told it was "for the women only". Still not sure if that was true. Be prepared for cats hanging out literally everywhere (which I loved). Good experience overall.

        Great location on the center, close to the pier and the party area, but relatively far from the noise. Beautiful view from the restaurant and the pool. The hotel needs to be renovated/ better maintained. We stayed in a deluxe room and it was quite old. The air con worked OK. The bathroom was smelly. The breakfast was good, but not fabulous. The best seats in the pool require payment in the bar.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
