Stay was good, but I didn’t receive my $200 euro deposit back after completing stay. Contacted office via booking.com with initial response you should have received. Emailed confirming no receipt of funds and no reply. Disappointed.

The place is in a very good location. However, it's old so the heater took overnight to actually work and we had to troubleshoot the boiler as well (winter temperature overnight 0 to 3°C). Shower door is falling apart, and it's not as clean as some people might expect. I guess it's expected of the price but I've been to accomodations with the same price range and location and I had better rooms. But, if you're not fussy it's in a good spot, especially if you like high end fashion shopping.

I had booked a stay from April 17th to 20th, but the sanitary condition of the accommodation was very poor and in the end I couldn't stay.Because of that, they said that they would refund me, but still no refund.They don't even reply to my e-mails and they don't even answer my phone. -You said you'd give us a refund when we cancel our stay. Why do you just ask to send an email over the phone even you don't reply when i send an email? All of this happened because of your Apartment in dirty sanitary conditions. Cancel my Payment right now!

Overall just nice. Complete facilities as a home. Location to us is superb. Walkable to any major attraction. But for check in, you need to get the key from Red&Blue design Hotel. It's a bit far away from the apt. Room on the 4th floor. Got elevator but you need to overcome a few stairs, so take note if come with heavy/big luggage or wheelchair.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
