Large room spaces, best location, but... sad to say... very bad receptionists. Our story is as below: When we checked in, they asked us to deposit 200 euros, then refused to return it with an unfounded reason that we lost a key. After a tense argument they agreed to return us this 200 euro. At the same time, they asked us to continue making a second deposit for the next rental period. It's been more than 3 weeks since we checked out and we still have not received back the deposit of 200 euros, nor have we received a reason why they did not return the money to us. This is truly a blatant robbery or oppression.

Room was messy the couches was dirty, there was dirt and who knows what under the beds and the kitchen table was sticky , toilet was broken as well as the bath, room service didn't answer the calls. Technician said that he can't do anything about these issues, he only repaired toilet but he didn't care about broken bath. Even though i was happy to visit Praga, the room was a nightmare, especially because i've paid for "apartment".

The location of Prague Central Residence supports the price tag, but so many things can be improved. To start from the beginning. You book online, check-in online, and pay the City tax online, but to get the key, you have to go to the other side of the river to pay a deposit and get instructions. In an age when every AirBNB allows self-check-in, it is completely unnecessary. Install a keypad or a key box. It will make life so much easier. The apartment we received faces Spalena Street. This street is the main hub for Prague's trams. All of them pass under the window and make so much noise. It was good we got tired from walking all day, otherwise no sleep for us!!!! Except for that, the location is 100%. The apartments are close to all the main attractions, have good connectivity, and have easy access to the airport. The room we received had an elevator and a back entrance from the stairs. As a result, everyone going up the stores was looking into our living room and kitchen. The apartment was clean and organized when we checked in, but it needed some love and small repair work, especially in the wet areas. The furniture was OK and easy to operate, but the toaster went up in flames when we tried to use it. The WIFI covered only the living room, and even then, the service could have been much better. There was no AC, so we had to keep the windows open and accept the noise levels in exchange for the same fresh air. The restaurants in the area are great, with ample choice next door; no need to cross over to the more touristic areas. Overall if you are on a budget and don't mind the noise Prague Central Residence is a good place to stay, but please, please, please change the check-in procedure.

The apartments are very spacious and in principle well equipped (each with a kitchen, several bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). Unfortunately, the furnishings, the electrical installations, etc. are in very bad condition. The windows are stuck, the chairs are shaky, the sockets are hanging out of the wall, the TV is not plugged in... Luckily the beds are clean and comfortable. The service is prop. Not available. There is no reception. If you are lucky you will meet the (very abrupt) caretaker. It is also quite noisy due to the street and the hospital. But for the price all in all okay.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
