Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Good price, close to beach and food, comfortable tall rooms with fan and aircon. Two pools and buildings, most other customers were Vietnamese, so breakfast is local style, pho and salad and different options every day, it was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and very accommodating staff makes my stay a memorable one in Phu Quoc. They even arrange transfer to the hotel FOC. There is parking for bikes and car. They have 2 pools. There is a children play room too. Surrounding is spacious and clean. The beach is in walking distance nearby opposite the hotel across the main road. The breakfast served is also good. No complaints. Plenty of food. The room is clean and comfortable. Many power points provided. Overall thumbs up.

The hotel is in a great location, which made for a wonderful experience on the island. Walk over and check out long beach, rent cheap scooters and enjoy a wonderful breakfast. Massages through the hotel were a lot better than the beach massages and not much more expensive. I would stay here again. If you are looking for more luxury, check out one of the resorts across the street.

Lovely new hotel, wonderful staff, very clean and comfortable. Nice pool, but in the shade in the afternoon, although this gave some rest from the blazing hot sun. Breakfast was good, although there was no cereal options which would have been nice. Originally booked 4 nights, extended another 4. Highly recommend.

It's a very good 3* hotel clean. I guess this was my best 3* hotel till now and I was in over 10 3* hotels in Asia. Beach is not so far away but road to there is very bad. If it rains there is a mud everywhere. But this should not be main thing. They even offer free shuttle if you want.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
