Very positive experience in this hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind (unfortunately I don’t remember their names). Room was very comfortable. It was lovely to come back to great air conditioning after Rome’s heat outside! Location wise - it’s not so central but it’s very easy to travel with public transportation. Basically everywhere we had to go had a direct bus. I highly recommend!

This hotel used to be top standart but it is left to rot away. There are several water damages visible all around the hotel. The rooms are not clean. I stayed here with a lot of people and all of them reported different things that were broken or dirty in their rooms. The rooms in the upper floors are terrible hot and the windows can not be opend and the AC is forbidden to use because of a law in italy. I could not sleep very well because of the heat (in November!!) The food is not really vegetarian friendly. If you are vegan just don t come here or you need to live of musli and green salad. I really don t mind a basic hotel, but cleanliness is key and if you try to be a luxury-hotel with 4 Stars than you need to repair broken things 🤷🏻‍♀️

The hotel is large with many utilities. There are many restaurants and supermarket nearby. It located far from the central, bus took 20min+, but you will have to wait alot as they often run late or skip. The staff was wonderful and the room we book was Superior, however there was no kettle, coffee or tea.

Visited this hotel as a conference guest for the second year in a row, so I wasn't starting overnight. I vowed not to after I stayed here last year. Seems I made the right choice. The catering is not fantastic. Buffet food provided is mediocre and, though our break snacks are okay and the coffee is notably good quality, but the hotel is incredibly cheap in its way of operating. The facilities are the same. The first night, during our team dinner, there was light actually pouring out of a live light socket. Solution: bucket. It was right next to buffet food. Luckily, the air con was more reliable this year in our meeting areas, but not at all in the bar or reception. I nearly lost a foot to a stone coffee table that literally broke apart in the courtyard (we were just sat there, I'm chairs, nothing on the table). With all of that said, some of the staff are lovely and helpful, especially the ladies at the front desk (helped us order taxi's and such). This hotel desperately needs some work.

Great hotel and staff (mostly), however I would not say its a 4* hotel as they cannot provided basic tea coffee and sugar and no kettle in the room, its the first time we have experienced this in all our hotel stays. We have had to purchase our own kettle to make tea and when we asked for milk and sugar no one can provide that which was disappointing. The bathroom is a bit dated with mould around the edges. However its not all bad news as the bed was really comfortable and we really enjoyed sleeping on it as its one of the best mattress we have slept on in a hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
