Amazing hotel in Porto, the service is great, they even waited for us as we arrived rather late. The rooms are spacious and clean and the continental breakfast has everything you expect. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had an unfortunate situation where the Room 301 was unsuitable due low (attic) roof, periodic vibrations that shook the doors, a lift in which you could die of old age before getting to the 3rd floor. After sleepless night on the couch, because the headspace over the bed was less than 4 ft, the operator offered a full refund but we still had to move out to get some sleep.

Lovely hotel, we stayed here and my daughter (4 years old) was ill. They could not have been more helpful organising doctors visits and additional accommodation. Excellent location for exploring the city, not too far away and wonderful gardens opposite. Great breakfast and the rooms were very clean!

My girlfriend and I stayed here, as well as a few other hotels while in Porto. This was our favorite. Bruno and the other staff were very welcoming. It's not advertised, but two things I found impressive and worth mentioning... There's a small elevator in the hotel (which isn't overly common in other guesthouses), and there was a small refrigerator in our room. Just a lot of little touches that they wouldn't have had to do, but did. If we're back in Porto again, this is where we'll stay. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Great value hotel close to Super Bock arena. 15 minute walk to centre of town. Quiet, comfortable room with AC. Nice lounge with free coffee and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast could be better so deducted a star.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
