This was my first stop when arriving in Rio on 01/01 & I sadly had to work remotely during my stay. Wifi speed and connection was appropriate for this. Staff were great, room was very clean shower was perfect & air conditioning was good. The room was however very dark which meant I felt like I was in a cave. Rooms on the other side of the hotel had much more light. I had booked a double bed but was given two singles. However my own shame at my lack of Portuguese meant I never highlighted this to them. Perhaps they would have resolved if asked. Breakfast is fresh & plentiful. Rooftop pool & bar was nice for a sundowner. Felt safe in the area as a woman travelling alone. Would use again. Thank you

We stayed here in October 2023. Super clean. Hotel helped us to watch soccer Vasco da Gama vs Fortaleza. Every morning we got very good style petit déjeuner, included into the price. Every day there's a cleaning services in the rooms. There's at the top a very good bar and pool. Recommended.

So gross and dirty, bugs started crawling out of the bathroom sink! Definitely some sort of infestation as those same gray bugs were all over the back of the bed headboards! Overall musty gross feel to it I think there is mold, not worth at all. On top of that I left my hoodie in my room and it “disappeared” was definitely stolen by staff. Wish I never booked this place.

Overpriced and outdated. We stayed at this hotel due to the placement. it is convenient, close to the beach, easy access with the Uber to all the famous spot. But the hotel is very old, musky, stuffy. The reception looks amazing, but the rest of the hotel, specially the rooms are terrible. It is clean, but the air feels polluted. The pool is very small and doesn’t look inviting. The bar only knows how to make cachaça and there is always a huge line for the breakfast, since they can’t accommodate the whole place in there. Not recommended to stay here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
