Visited on work purpose. Stayed over for 2 months. One of the best hotel experience. Felt like a second home away from home. All the staffs from the house keeping, cleaning and to the front desk were extremely sweet and helpful. The 24 hour service with over the clock availability for all kinds of requests and help were great. The front desk staffs were really sweet and positive and great customer relations and handling. Keep up the good work. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Although decent for your budget, the hotel does not provide chauffeur service for your luggage so you have to carry it yourself to your room etc. Free bus is provided to & from the airport. Most staff is nice & you get a clean room. The hotel is not directly connected to the Abu Dhabi airport so you need to take the bus to get to the actual airport. No attractions or places to visit including restaurants around the hotel

Such a nice place! The location is very convenient, the stuff is very helpful: the young man that checked us in (December, 15; around 6 pm. Couldn’t remember his name, because it was quite exotic to me) was extremely nice. The rooms are equipped with all the essentials. Didn’t have a chance to check out the breakfast, but they are also good for sure. The hotel provides shuttle from/to the airport, which is also very useful and the driver was very helpful. Thanks for the experience!

“I recently stayed at Premier Inn Abu Dhabi International Airport for the second time and was once again impressed by the experience. The reception staff provided a warm welcome, demonstrating a keen understanding of the needs of their guests, most of whom are travelers. The hotel's atmosphere is pleasantly quiet, and the prices are very affordable. The breakfast was exceptional, and the friendliness of the restaurant staff added to the positive experience. Conveniently, taxis are available 24/7. The hotel's proximity to MASDAR City is a plus, offering easy access to a nearby mall for enjoyable shopping. its distance to the new Terminal A is reasonable, especially when returning to the airport. I will definitely plan to stay here again on my next trip."

Great hotel for an overnight stay in Abu Dhabi. Location is great, near the airport, however don't rely on the shuttle service since it's first come first serve basis. Other than that it's a great property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
