The staff were very accommodative and helpful. We arrived early morning around 8:00 AM after a night flight but as the hotel was full we got the room around 10:30 AM which was acceptable, in the mean time we got some rest in the lounge. The room was very clean and tidy. The location is almost in the middle of Abu Dhabi in the ADNEC area, between the airport and main Abu Dhabi city. There are grocery shops and markets nearby so you can get basic commodities and edible stuff easily. Highly recommended for a family with kids with value for money.

I was extremely impressed with Premier Inn. The location was decent, room, service, cleanliness and breakfast were all decent. It was value for money. The staff at time of check in and check out were very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this!

Really a lovely hotel with a good central location. They provide free shuttle service to attractions from the hotel and that's a great point. The staff is very friendly. Great service from Jhobert who was super nice and provided excellent assistance. Overall great experience and good value for money. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Staff at reception are outstanding, particularly Ms sunanda and Mr Rizwan. I did direct booking and staff fully cooperated in getting early check-in ( though lots of rush due to exhibition at ADNEC) and allowed for late check-in too. The property is at walking distance from Exhibition center. The hotel is neat and clean. The breakfast is very elaborative.A value for money.

To my own opinion the place is good ,the rooms are nice ,the service is amazing especially the reception staff wow there good and not only them but also the ladies inthe restaurant 👍thanks alot But only some few missing in the room like the bathrobe and slipper

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
