We had a fantastic stay, the room was very nice and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, there was a very good selection. The pool was lovely and well maintained. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was also very good, and they have a discount for guests. The hotel is very well located, only a few minutes away from the metro. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay :)

Pretty centrally located hotel. Nice decor. Good food, service and overall ambience. Rooms are fine for 2-3 people (they have an extra bed in rooms for kids). Rooms and washrooms could be slightly more spacious, but you barely stay inside the hotel on a vacation, so that ways the rooms are decently sized. Overall great experience.

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the metro and to the mall. It is a well placed hotel and the service from all staff was impeccable. The restaurant staff in particular were very helpful when dealing with our requirements around allergies etc. Janaka was extremely professional and made sure our experience was top notch. I was disappointed in the state of the rooms as there was peeling paint, some mold on the wall and there were no basic amenities available. For the price I think the quality could be improved. However we booked due to location and barely spent time at the hotel so it was manageable.

The stay here was quite nice. They have a restaurant right inside the hotel and the food here is amazing. House keeping visits your room once a day and the staff is always ready to help you at any given moment and they're super friendly. Omprakash has assisted us through our stay and has been very friendly and patient. There are small restaurants nearby and supermarkets so you can go there. The experience could be further enhanced with more spacious rooms. It's a bit cramped (if it's 3 or more people in one room). I would recommend this hotel :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
