Satisfied! My stay was amazing, The room was clean and comfortable. The whole staff were friendly. I really want to mention the house keeper Abigail, she was very humble and helpful. She always kept our room clean & tidy throughout our stay. Highly recommended! Thank-you for your services.

I appreciated that the reviews I read before dwelling the property was true. The hotel is comfortable, clean and has sweet staff. Omar in the reception has an excellent professional skills. We appreciated the way he dealt with us. Likewise was the other team. It is located in a middle of an area where you can see the town and have a nice walk. The restaurant is open to the town view and has a good space to enjoy your food. Though the breakfast options are limited but are still good for the value. The rooms are small but they are what you would expect for 3 stars hotel. The housekeeping didn’t change beds sheet though they were requested to. The hotel does not have a bill-boy, so you will have to carry your luggages to you room by yourself.

Service is absolutely in highest level. From the reception to room service there's nothing complain. A special thanks to Vimukthi at room service for keeping the room cleaner and fresh. He is a super active guy. Also the hotel is in a great location providing free access for many shopping mall. My family enjoyed the breakfast, specially my kids. Overall a great experience at Premier inn Barsha Heights.

My stay at Premier Inn Barsha Heights Hotel was fantastic! The modern yet cozy atmosphere, impeccable service, and comfortable rooms made it an unforgettable experience. The staff's hospitality was top-notch, and the dining options were superb. I highly recommend!

I am very glad that I stayed in this hotel. The rooms are always very well cleaned, the bed linen is changed every day. I especially want to highlight cleaner Sultan, he does his job excellently. Also a very good location, everything is about 15-20 minutes away by taxi. Thank you for the excellent service

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
