My favorite hotel in Dubai, it always exceeds my expectations. The rooms are spacious and well kept and super functional. House keeping team does an incredible job to keep the rooms and the entire property looking brand new year after year. Make no mistake the property is always spotless. I don't know how they pull it off. The reception team is super efficient and always there to help. On my last visit, I accidentally left my mobile in the taxi, Elizabeth and Larzum, who called the driver and arranged for it to be dropped back to me, were just incredible. Overall superb

Absolutely loved our stay here last week. Shout out to the front desk staff named Innocent who was able to accommodate our check in request and the security staff was helpful and the breakfast staff/restaurant staff were all so kind. The shuttle drivers were also very helpful with the luggage. Breakfast buffet was included in our rate. For dinner we ate at the hotel restaurant one night before our flight, and the food was great, as was the service. Absolutely no complaints. Overall amazing experience staying here. One of the best airport hotels we've been to. Usually airport hotels are about form and function but at this Premier Inn we found it to be luxurious. We didn't feel like we were staying at the airport. The experience was amazing. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Dubai.

We were there a month ago; a family of 6 staying in 4 rooms. All rooms were very comfortable, clean with good air-conditioning and relatively quiet considering the location! The rooftop pool is a good enough size, the gym is minimalist with a treadmill, a multi-gym with about 6 attachments and some dumbbells. Breakfast was okay, my family enjoyed it, fairly standard for a hotel with that star rating. Very easy access to the Metro, and therefore the Malls and other places to visit. Don't attempt to walk; the less than 10 minutes it is supposed to take to walk to the Metro, you'll be worn out by the heat and the humidity! Take the very efficient shuttle bus service between the hotel and the airport/Metro station. Very helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel. These particular receptionists: Mahmoud, Shomalia and Elizabeth were extremely helpful. I had booked an extra night erroneously and wondered if I could get a refund! Mahmoud was particularly diligent and spoke to senior management who agreed to refund me for the 4 rooms! As promised the money was back in my account well within the 3 months they said it could take.

A very pleasant stay. Premier Inn Dubai International Airport is located ideally across Terminal 3 of the Dubai International Airport. Perfect location to visit downtown, boardwalk, the wonderful Emirates Mall and more. Taxis are readily available within the premises of the hotel for convenience. The hotel has a coffee shop- Costa Coffee and Mr. Toad’s Pub and Kitchen. Both providing great options for coffee, snacks, and entrees. Overall, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. We plan to visit them again in the future!

Loved this hotel, the service and the staff, during my 5 days of stay in Dubai. The hotel is very near to the Dubai airport and the metro station. Hotel has on time 24 hours free transport service every 30 minutes to the airport terminal 1 and 3, where you can easily get metro to travel many other places in the city.Also they have free transport service for 3 main shopping mall areas in Dubai.Excellent hotel staff, always supportive and flexible. Special thanks for Chamara and Innocent who gave us good welcome and helped us lot as we were 1st time to the country. Excellent clean rooms and they have daily room service, special thanks for Tharika. For budget travellers there is a good supermarket(Emirates co-operative hyper market) in walking distance, where you can buy day to day needs and food for affordable prices. Overall I am absolutely happy on picking this hotel for my stay and it was absolutely worth for what I spent. If I travel next time, I will select this hotel without thinking twice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
