Thank you for this fabulous hospitality experienced. I'm blessed as my kids were truly happy staying over the last 13 nights. 5 - 18 Jan'24 Highly recommended. You have amazing pool but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy as the water temperature was supper cold 27 °C

Clean and easy to find.Their room was also spacious and well maintained.I just had difficulty with their ac but since it is winter it was fine.The parking at night was also a bit of a struggle. The check in and check out process was fast and hassle free though.Their breakfast was ok but not so much options as it is more of continental type.There was no pancake :( Overall the place was fine.Location is great and near a new mall.There are also stores and restaurants nearby.

I selected this hotel initially based on location, price and previous experience with the brand in other countries. To me this hotel remains as a convenient choice for short stays with a good value for money. In addition, this one in particular has spacious rooms and a reasonable selection of in-room and on demand amenities. The rooms had simple but practical furniture for a comfortable stay. The one issue that I didn’t like was the horrible water smell in the bathroom that was apparently caused by some maintenance works on the water tanks. This would have been accepted as a temporary issue if the guests were informed about it during check in or by a note in the room. However, the 4 stars are well deserved for the good and fulfilling breakfast offered in Nuevo restaurant on the ground floor; something you don’t want to miss as a great start for your day.

My room was very clean and the bed and bathroom spotlessly perfect. After an overnight flight from Europe the last thing I wanted was to have to change rooms. Meera, Juvyle and Marie at reception all looked after me very well.

My stay at Premier Inn honestly exceeded my expectations. The room was pretty standard, but what made the stay very pleasantly distinguished was the very welcoming and friendly staff, who were always ready to help in any way needed. I'd specially like to mention Nishant, Avtar and Meera for making sure my stay here was comfortable and enjoyable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
