        Well it was our first time ever in Belgium. My friend is from Rotterdam, I am from Germany. We spontaneously booked a room the night before. Driving into Antwerp was the first experience. The parking garage next door is very narrow and extremely steep. Be careful especially with bigger cars or SUV's. The lift is dead and someone pooped into the staircase. It smells horrible. We walked to the Hotel. Took the elevator. The reception was the unfriendliest receptionist we both have ever experienced. We are both frequent travelers. She didn't even have any facial expressions, no smile. No one upstairs ever smiled during check-in and checkout. The room itself was pretty spacious, very clean (beside the unemptied ashtray on the balcony) and the bed was very comfy. The balcony front had a huge crack in it's glass. My friend immediately went upstairs to let them know. They already knew but didn't say anything. We liked the room but not the neighbourhood, not the reception, not the parking garage. Stayed one night and moved to a different hotel for our 2nd night. My friend said we have felt like staying in a ghetto. The place is in the middle of some diamond shops and it still feels like a weird area. Would personally always recommend to stay close to the river on the other side of the city center.

The overall stay is notably comfortable, featuring a commendable shower and an adjustable thermostat for personalized temperature control—be it crisp air conditioning or warm heating. 🔸️ Executive Apartment ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a King Sized bed. The ambiance is both fresh and contemporary. 🔸️ Deluxe Room ⭐⭐⭐ While this apartment exudes coziness, its furnishings show signs of age when compared to the more modern Executive apartment. A drawback lies in the occasional clutter and lack of hygiene at the street-level entrance.

        Great location, luxury spotless rooms (very well done, even Siemens equipment), cozy breakfast / relax area, fantastic free coffee & artisinal tea, fast wifi and very helpful staff. Regular rooms are a lot smaller than advertised but still reasonable value. The penthouses are really good value and worth the upgrade. Highly recommend!

        Very good location, few minutes walk into the centre, train station close by. Our room was a disappointment though. No iron in the room. No remote for the air conditioning. Remote for the TV didn't work, batteries dead? The fridge in the room didn't work either. Room was a bare minimum...although the bed was really comfortable!! Mentioned the issues to reception on our second night and nothing was done about it ..apart from delivering the iron to the room. An average experience really.

From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel like a valued guest. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me make the most of my stay in Antwerp. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was cosy and modern.
