The room was fine, just very basic and smelled funny. The bathroom reminded me of one you'd find on an airplane. The real problem was getting here. I mistakenly thought an airport hotel would be convenient, but it took well over two hours to get here. The shuttle is $6 per person. If you have a group, a taxi is cheaper and easier. If you are alone, the city bus is more convenient and cheaper. To get downtown would take another hour and a half, so we were unable to see any of Paris at all. Very disappointing, since we could have gotten downtown and stayed there in about the same amount of time it took to get to this "airport hotel."

It’s a nice budget hotel to stay for sleeping. The room we did book was perfectly clean, as an area near reception. There’s a coffee & snacks machines at the lobby, but if you need a meal - you can visit Auchan, that’s located in 10 minutes by the walk.

Bad to know that there are 2 hotels with the same name but 2 addresses. I met clients like me who went to the other Premiere Classe far away and come back...there is no bin or basket for the trash. Tiny toilet and shower. 1 single towel per person. It is not enough. We found hair in the extra cover. Not optimally clean. Soap smells weird ...budget hotel . Can be OK for 1 night only. Breakfast simple.

I will try to be short. The stay in the hotel was good, staff members were very nice to my wife and me and we slept there well. However, you must stop recommending the restaurant located at the CAMPANILE HOTEL. There, I had the most TERRIBLE experience I have ever had in my life. I know that everything is business, but start recommending something some reliable. I will definitely continue staying there when I go to Paris, but I will not take your suggestions into consideration any more.

Checked in on November 11 and immediately noticed that the air conditioning in the room wasn't working. The front desk agent was advised and he said that he would come to assess. After conducting his checks, he stated that there was indeed a problem and came back with a fan and said that there was a €20 or passport deposit required for the device. Okay, no problem...we obliged. Fast forward 2 nights later and the air conditioning still isn't working! We asked about being moved to another room and they advised that the hotel is fully booked (mind you, persons checked out on November 12th). There was also no offer for a discounted room rate, complimentary anything to try to make up for the hotel's issue, or any type of damage control measure put in place. Not even a free bottle of water for remaining in the hot room. Suffice to say, we said that we'd only be here for 3 nights but definitely would not recommend to anyone or stay here again.
