The apartment is located about 10 minutes drive away from Sky Avenue parking. The check in process feel very insecure as we need to check in at a car which located at Level 3 parking bays. It was not convenient as we wanted to check out earlier but the "car" at the car park will only operate 8am onwards. The location is very weird as well, it combines with Grand Ion Hotel and another hotel together. We need to go up to certain level then take another lift to go up. Besides, we have to park parking fees (I thought parking is provided at first)

Please update to self check-in like other homestay. There is so much of hassle for calling people to check-in and check-out, they are just literally standing next to the car park and checking every single booking paper with a long queue of guest, luggage, parents and crying babies waiting for their turn. The staff barely speak English, so if you are foreign tourists, you may consider other options. Location-wise, if you don’t drive, you’d better not book this homestay. The room is nice, and that remains as the only plus.

This is by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed in Genting. We booked a room for four person. The check in process is already weird that there is no proper counter for us to check in. Need to wait a long time for the lift. The room is so dirty, and I’m totally speechless. The floor is sticky, and the bed had dust on it. Since when have you last cleaned the room? Saw some review saying that this is a new building, but all the furniture inside was old and some are broken. (Like the closet door can’t even slide properly) Please think twice before booking this room.

- lack of cleanliness not only in the room but in the entire building. There was fungus in the pool area, rats roaming inside the building. No room service, no housekeeping. Outside view is nice but due to construction next door you will wake up at 6am on your holidays. The kitchen was stinking throughout the stay. - Very limited food options available, shop on site 24/7. Room doesn't have breakfast, so went to the hotel for breakfast , which was awful

The room is a bit further from the parking lot and the lobby, was a bit confused with checking in but not too bad, other than a bit walking distance else is good, I'm not visiting casino and all the facilities, I went there just to enjoy the weather. So, for me is quite nice But The rooms got some funny smell but not sure what kind of smell was that

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
