I went to London in January 2024, Jenn at the reception was amazing. We were supposed to take the room by 2pm, but Jenn was able to get us the room when we arrived. She is very friendly, and she always did her best to help us. I really appreciate her service. The hotel and the rooms were very clean, we were in the 7th floor and the water in the shower was very strong. If you come from North America expect the dimensions of space is completely different. Everything the rooms were very small, the elevator takes maximum of 2 persons however inside the elevator it says it can take 8 persons. The area is amazing. Across from the hotel there's a pastry shop (Fortitude), it is a must to try, you will not regretted. I spent 10 days in London, it was the best vacation but a bit expensive.

The rooms were clean and neat. There is daily cleaning services that takes place. The bed was really comfortable. The staff is really friendly and the hotel was conveniently located to locations I needed to be at in London. I enjoyed the breakfast that had various options. The rate I paid and the room exceeded my expectations! Would definitely stay there again!

Great location near Russell Square. The room was what we needed for a home base... Not luxurious but the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We stayed in the winter and enjoyed being able to open the window for fresh air. Not sure if we would stay here in the summer due to lack of air conditioning in rooms, but it was perfect for us in cool weather and the location couldn't be better in my opinion. Edited - I'd also like to add that in addition to being close to Russell Square, there are also several other things very close by that make this an excellent choice - Fortitude Bakehouse is just around the corner and it is phenomenal (worth staying nearby on its own, honestly), The Friend at Hand pub is a block away if you want a pint or to watch football, Brunswick Square Shopping is just a few short blocks and has restaurants, drug stores, and grocery options, and Russell Square Tube station is just a block away.

I stayed for 9 nights at this hotel and I was so positively surprised about how great the hotel is. Some of the highlights include: 1) Location is super convenient specially if you are on the Piccadilly line. 2) Staff was nothing but super helpful and always cordial. 3) Housekeeping was always on point and they even knocked on our door to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. 5) We were celebrating our anniversary and they even prepared a little surprised in our room for us. I highly recommend this hotel. I am definitely coming back again.

Excellent location for tube and getting into theatre land. Rooms very hot, no fans and no soft pillows, only supplied rock hard ones. Didn't eat in so cannot comment, but bar/restaurant area and staff were good. Nice to hear singer and pianist in the bar...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
