All in all the place wasn’t bad. The furniture are very very old. I asked for a room in a high level with a good view although the told me that my request was approved when I arrived they said that they are not able to provide that! The location was good and the best thing is housekeeping services so they clean the room every day in contrary to most apartments which provide this service ones or twice a week.

We arrived at night with two elderly women in a small and very unpleasant room. They didn't even prepare the bed for us and forced us to arrange it ourselves (the second bed is a pull-out couch). The shower is not pleasant and they broke my gouache stone without saying and without apologizing. The staff is unpleasant and no one to talk to Poor cleanliness and the quality of the place is the worst. The location was reasonable at all for the price. It was a big disappointment. I do not recommend it and I will never go back there. Peter was fine though

After reading all of the negative comments, I was a little bit nervous. I'm pleased to say that most of the negative comments were exaggerated. Yes, the room that I stayed in was in need of an update, but it was very clean and well serviced daily. The staff are really friendly and are very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment as a place to stay.

Good location about 20 minutes away from everywhere on the Underground. Good size bed and room, kitchen could be useful for some travellers but meant that the bathroom was too small. The shower is on top of the bathtub and not wide enough. Showerhead either doesn't provide enough water pressure or width of stream (your choice). Bathtub slippery to stand in when showering - I almost slipped over. Shower drenches the floor near the tub and the toilet. Air-conditioning was fine but not super powerful so took a while to cool down the room fully. Sheets and towels clean. No bugs. Decent Wi-Fi internet speed with no drop-outs. I wouldn't mind staying here again but you might be able to find better in terms of bathroom.

Very old furnitures, personel try to do their best but facilities are almosr ruined. Space is generous and affordable for being in london, but improvements are urgently required

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
